Welcome to QuoteVerse, a mobile application and website (collectively, "Services") provided by AltronApps. By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of QuoteVerse and form a legally binding agreement between you and AltronApps. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the app and discontinue use of our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuoteVerse, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including registered users, guest users, and visitors. If you are using QuoteVerse on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using our Services immediately. Continued use of QuoteVerse constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any updates thereto.

2. Use of the Application

QuoteVerse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and its associated Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree to use QuoteVerse in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the app or its content without prior written permission from AltronApps.
• Using the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users’ accounts.
• Using automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to extract content or data from QuoteVerse.
• Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the app or its servers.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including legal action, against any user who violates these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of QuoteVerse, such as saving favorite quotes or accessing premium content, may require you to create an account or sign in via Google. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately at support@altronapps.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms. Guest users may access limited features without creating an account, but certain functionalities may be restricted.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within QuoteVerse, including but not limited to quotes, text, images, user interface designs, features, branding, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of AltronApps or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from AltronApps.
• Use QuoteVerse’s branding, logos, or trademarks for any purpose without authorization.
• Extract or scrape content from the app for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of QuoteVerse’s intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Premium Access and Subscriptions

QuoteVerse offers optional premium features through a subscription model, which may include benefits such as:

• Access to exclusive quotes and categories.
• An ad-free experience.
• Enhanced customization options, such as personalized themes or quote collections.

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing or other applicable payment platforms, and their terms of service apply. You are responsible for all charges associated with your subscription. AltronApps does not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law. We may modify or discontinue premium features at our discretion, with notice provided through the app or via email.

6. User-Generated Content

QuoteVerse may allow you to submit content, such as custom quotes or profile details ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you agree that:

• Your content will not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
• Your content will not be obscene, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
• You grant AltronApps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your content within QuoteVerse for the purpose of providing our Services.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of User-Generated Content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to QuoteVerse at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior that harms the app, its users, or AltronApps. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violating intellectual property rights.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Posting offensive or inappropriate content.
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the app’s functionality.

Upon termination, your license to use QuoteVerse will cease, and you must uninstall the app. Certain provisions of these Terms, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, will survive termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuoteVerse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AltronApps does not guarantee that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• The content provided is accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
• The app will be compatible with your device or meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AltronApps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of QuoteVerse, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Modifications to the Service

AltronApps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue QuoteVerse or any part of its Services at any time, with or without notice. Modifications may include updates to features, content, or user interfaces. While we strive to maintain a high-quality user experience, we are not liable for any disruptions or losses resulting from such changes.

We may also perform maintenance that temporarily affects app availability. We will endeavor to notify users of significant changes or outages through the app or via email.

10. Third-Party Services

QuoteVerse may integrate third-party services, such as Google Sign-In, Firebase, or AdMob, to enhance functionality. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review. AltronApps is not responsible for the performance, availability, or practices of third-party services.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We may notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Your continued use of QuoteVerse after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of QuoteVerse shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.

If you are a resident of the European Union, you may also have the right to resolve disputes through an alternative dispute resolution mechanism, such as the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
